These are cream-of-the-crop pieces from an old collection. THIS one of apparent crossed MEASURING TOOLS, perhaps SPRING BALANCES, is said to be from a SECRETIVE ORGANIZATION, front and back.
Most if not all are slightly larger in size than the average horse brass -- note the 25-cent U.S. coin shown for scale in the photo.
