Welcome!  

Up for your consideration is a set of vintage fireplace andirons with a magnificent design and grand detail.   This set with the glass eyes is extremely rare!   This set would look great in your fireplace.

Description:   Vintage set of cast iron fireplace andirons.   The back support leg has been repaired sometime during it's life, see pictures.   You won't be able to see the repaired area when installed in your fireplace.   This set will be disassembled for shipment.        

Approximate measurements:    Each andiron is 13" tall and 8 1/4" wide at the base.   They are 18" deep.

Markings:    0

Condition:   Good solid condition.   The set has been beadblasted and repainted a metallic black.   The glass eyes are not cracked but has flaws and/or bubbles in the glass.   See description above for further info on the condition.   

Additional information:    Keep in mind that when dealing with any vintage cast item that there may be casting flaws.   I will declare all major casting flaws that I find.   Contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Shipping & Insurance:   Extreme care will be taken in packing your item.   Alaska and Hawaii contact me for a shipping quote.   If the address that I receive from e-bay is an unconfirmed address then I will need you to verify the address that you want your item shipped to.   Your item will not be shipped until I receive this information.   Shipping discounts are available with combined purchases.   Contact me for the details & limitations.    Insurance is required for all items over $20.00.   Some items may be disassembled for shipping.

Returns:   Item(s) are sold "as is".  I will refund the purchase price only, shipping cost both ways will not be refunded.   I will refund only if item was incorrectly listed or misrepresented in the description.   You must contact me within 3 days of receiving the item before any refund will be considered and before return shipment occurs.   In which case the item or items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.
