RARE Worcester Porcelain Blue Scale Bowl

A rare and beautiful Worcester Porcelain Bowl in the famous "blue scale" ground with hand painted birds and insect decorations highlighted in gold gilt. This lovely piece bears on the bottom the old-Worcester mark, a fretted square in under glaze blue; and it can  be dated to about 1770. It has been well cared for and is in superb condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs and the gold gilt is all intact. As perfect as they come. Bowl measures 5.5" inches in diameter, 2"inches in height. You will feel the quality once you pick it up, nothing quite like it today. I found another piece in this same pattern in the Norfolk Museum in the UK(see link below). Starting bid at a fraction of appraised value! Guaranteed as described.
