Fees	7% FLORIDA STATE SALES TAX: Only for deliveries within the State of Florida. USA HANDLING FEES: A very small fee is included in the shipping cost for packaging materials, processing of shipment. INTERNATIONAL HANDLING FEES: There is a minimum of a $3.00 to $5.00 handling fee included in the shipping cost to help pay for the expenses of the special delivery of international packages to the post office. The USPS does not pick up international shipments, they need to be delivered in person, which requires time, gasoline, etc.
