Terms and Conditions
• Exchanges will be honored if item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or has any
defects. Buyer has 7 days to Exchange item IF defective. If you believe
you have received something that is not as described for any reason,
you will need to contact the RMA department and DO NOT USE THE ITEM. •
If the item is returned with signs of use (scratches, nicks, or any
marks, etc..) or any reason other than manufacturer defect (ex. don’t
like phone) a restocking fee will apply. • You must
receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) before

United States, we would like to inform you that manufacturers will not
provide warranty support in the US on most of the merchandise we sell.
• Some of our phones are foreign and come with foreign home chargers
since they are imported. As a courtesy to our customers, we will
include a US charger adaptor for free if necessary. If you received an
item with a Non-US charger and no adaptor, please feel free to notify
us and we will gladly send one to you. •
