Our phones are used and we can only test so many features prior to activation. Less than 2.5% (1 in 40) of our phones may have undetected problems. Some of these problems are as simple as a defective battery which we will replace immediately, however some problems are more complex and require you to return entire phone for a refund or replacement.
IF YOU ARE IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AND NEED 100% CERTAINTY THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A PERFECT PHONE FROM US, PLEASE DO NOT BID! THE SAVINGS YOU FIND ON OUR AUCTIONS REFLECTS THE SMALL CHANCE THAT YOU WILL NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT!
If an item qualifies for a return, we MUST receive your original item back before we will issue a refund or replacement. We will pay our shipping when sending you a replacement item, however you are responsible for paying shipping on sending any returned items back to us. If a replacement of the returned model is available, we will issue this to you rather than a refund. If you request a refund even though we have replacements available, we can refund only your original purchase price (not your original shipping and handling). If we do not have replacements in stock to offer you, we will offer a COMPLETE REFUND including your original shipping and handling charges in addition to your purchase price. If you paid via PayPal, you will receive any refund directly to your PayPal account within 3 days after we receive your item.
Return Policy:
Item must be returned within: 8 Days and refund will be given as: Exchange. We do not issue refunds. If refund is demanded, we will issue a refund for the cost of the phone less a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping to seller. Seller will cover the cost of shipping replacement back to buyer.

You must contact us within 3 days after you receive item in order to qualify for these guarantees. After 8 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you want warranty coverage beyond 7 days, you must purchase the extended warranty from our warranty partner SquareTrade. If an item qualifies for a return, we MUST receive your original item back before we will issue a refund or replacement. -Good lcds
-Camera (if there is one)
-Keypad
Please note that we do not test the batteries. If there is a problem with powering up a phone, it is most likely a battery issue and we will replace it if notified.
