Return Policy:

Insurance:

• All packages are insured through Canada Post small packet insurance (up to $100 (CAD)). If your item is damaged during shipping just send us an email with a picture of the damage piece. We will send you a replacement right away at no cost.

•  In the unlikely event that a package is lost,  we will file a claim with Canada Post. The insurance claim process for lost  packages takes up to 10 weeks from the time of shipment. In case of a lost package we can not send you a replacement or return your money until we receive the confirmation from Canada Post that the package is really lost.
