1) Is this a Philips brand lamp?
ANSW: Yes, you are buying a Philips brand lamp, the highest quality lamp on the market for your Projection TV. We have no problem offering you a one year unconditional warranty on your lamp!
2) Is this new or used or refurbished? Is there a warranty?
ANSW: Our Philips UHP lamps are BRAND NEW and carry the the manufacturer's warranty. Just call us with your order# for warranty claims!
3) Is this just the lamp or the lamp and enclosure?
ANSW: This is just the lamp. You will reuse your old plastic cage/housing/enclosure. Make sure you properly dispose your original lamp (don't throw it in your dumpster!!). Replacing the lamp is a simple 10 min job and you'll feel good afterwards knowing you saved a bunch of money and didn't throw away a nonbiodegradeable plastic enclosure! 4) How fast do you ship?
ANSW: Same day in most cases. Our cutoff time is 2 PM PST, but many times we can get packages shipped out after this time. Just give us a call if you really need it shipped out the same day! We only have a few shipping rates online for simplicity, but we can ship many different ways.
5) What are your shipping cut off times? all times in PST.
ANSW: USPS Express 2 PM, USPS Priority Mail 4 PM, FedEX Express 3 PM (possibly later), FedEX Ground 4:30PM
6) How come your price is so cheap?
ANSW: We have to be competive, in the eBay marketplace and world marketplace! With very slim margins, high volume is necessary. Either we can try to sell 1-2 a week with a big margin, or 10-20 a week with very slim margin. we prefer to service more customers and pass down great bargains!
7) Can you give me a discount if I buy more than one?
ANSW: Of course! But remember we're working with very slim margins! The more you buy the better price we can offer. Most people buy a lamp when their TV fails...Why not buy a lamp to replace the bad one, and one to have as a spare?!? Make sense...it beats trying to buy the replacement lamp from a local store for inflated prices because you didn't plan ahead!
