For all first time customers and orders, your billing address will be verified with the credit card company. If the billing address is incorrect or if the shipping address is different from the billing address, your order will be cancelled. Our Credit Department will verify all information provided by the customer, such as name, billing address and billing phone number, to insure our new customers are protected. We will then contact the customer either by E-mail or phone or both. This policy is a security measure to combat against credit card fraud. Please avoid using International credit cards. Estimated Shipping Time:
More than 97% of all orders received before Noon, 12:00pm EST, Mon-Fri, will be shipped the next business day. All orders that are placed after 12:00pm EST will be treated as next business day's orders. For example, if you place an order on Friday before 12:00pm EST, your order will go out on the following Monday. All orders that are placed between 12:00pm EST on Friday and 12:00pm EST on Monday will be treated as Monday's orders and will be going out on Tuesday. Additional delay may occur. Return and Exchange Procedure:
If you need to return or exchange a product within 3 or 7 days of having received the product, you can returned the product for an exchange or for a refund within 3 or 7-days "only", no exceptions. You can email us at: Contact Tech Support to obtain the RMA form. You will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number also by e-mail. Write the RMA Number outside on the box, include the package goods in a resalable condition and with the original materials. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS or FedEx. COMPUTECH SOLUTIONS STORE will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. When e-mailing for RMA status check with your carrier that the package is received by us and provide order number, RMA number and return tracking number. All warranty items will be shipped via UPS or USPS or FedEx.

Returns for exchange will only be accepted within 3-7 days of the customer receiving the product, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Some products will be labeled "No Return." These products need to be returned to manufacturer only. COMPUTECH SOLUTIONS STORE will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products would be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult manufacturer's website for compatibility and technical specifications before placing or finalizing the order. Please contact the manufacturer for all defective issues beyond 3-7 days of receiving the product. We will not accept defective product replacements if an RMA Number is not issued within 3-7 days of customer receiving the product. All other products needing warranty service past our 7-days cutoff will be serviced by their respective manufacturer. Product returns or replacements will not be accepted without an RMA Number. Once an RMA Number is obtained, customer is responsible for shipping the product back. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS or FedEx. COMPUTECH SOLUTIONS STORE will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the e-mail that we send you. We do not accept returns for software products. For DOA (dead on arrival) software products, we will only accept exchange for the same product. Restocking charges may apply for non-defective product returns. Any product returned for full credit which is not found to be defective will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. COMPUTECH SOLUTIONS STORE will not assess a restocking fee for defective products. Restocking charges will be applied to incomplete returns. Returned products must include all accessories. Please make sure that all manuals, cables, screws, and other accessories are included in the original packaging. Products returned incomplete will be assessed a 15% or more restocking fee. Products damaged through negligence or due to poor return packaging will void the warranty and will be returned without replacement at the customer's expense. Returned products must be received within 7 days from the issuance of the RMA Number. Shipping charges are non-refundable. On returns to our facility, no credit will be allowed for items shipped to us in error. All claims for shortage, damage or shipment errors must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment. Our liability shall be limited to the invoice value of the materials or its replacement. Order Cancellation:
Please contact us immediately for order cancellation. Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. Orders have been held for 3 days without receiving any email from customers will be treated as cancellation. Furthermore, once purchased, if you wish to cancel a transaction, a 25% of the price of the item will be charged a restocking fee, no exceptions.
