Here is your chance to own a perpetual deeded ownership (never expires!) at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon, an RCI GOLD CROWN Resort located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This deeded ownership is for a One Bedroom, One Bathroom Unit. You can either use your Red Week 18 every odd year at The Cliffs at Peace Canyon, or you can use the 43,000 RCI Points. Usage starts in 2009 with all 43,000 RCI Points currently available to the new owner. Usage is biennial (odd). Maintenance fees are paid every odd year in the amount of $579. The 2009 maintenance fees have been paid in full but the new owner will not be responsible for these fees. The 2009 points are complimentary to the winning bidder.
