Here is your chance to own a perpetual deeded ownership (never expires!), 40,000 Biennial RCI Points at Summer Bay Resort, an RCI Gold Crown Resort, located in Kissimmee FL. This deeded ownership is for a One Bedroom, One Bathroom Unit (Deeded as unit #103/float weeks 5-6, 20-24, & 34-47) which has also been converted to 40,000 RCI Points every odd year, meaning you can use that week every odd year in a One Bedroom, One Bath unit at Summer Bay Resort; or use the 40,000 RCI points. Your usage is Biennial (ODD Year). Usage starts in 2011 with all 40,000 points available to the new owner.
