This Lizard is Ptychozoon kuhli, from Southeast Asia. It is often called a flying Gecko, because it is a member of the Gekkoninae family, and because it has parachuting/gliding capabilities (much like the red and yellow Draco species flying lizards, also available from this eBay store)
