Welcome to Briar Hill Nursery and LauraLee’s Doll Cottage.

 My name is Patricia Dedo and I am the reborn artist at Briar Hill Nursery.

I’m so happy to be able to introduce this beautiful little reborn toddler.

 Libby is created from the popular *Luca* sculpt by Elly Knoops.

 I have given her a Lee Middleton toddler body and limbs.

She has FULL limbs and a fully jointed body.

 I have been dreaming of creating a Luca toddler for a long time and finally – here she is!!

LIBBY'S FEATURES

Elly Knoops *Luca* sculpt

 Lee Middleton jointed and weighted toddler body and full limbs (poly pellets and polyfil for weight)

 Weighted head for balance

 Beautiful realistic cobalt blue eyes, also from Lee Middleton Dolls

Real upper and lower lashes

Opened nose – shaded and backed with felt – bit of gloss for realism

Painting done with Genesis heat set oil coloring, applied in thin layers and heat set between each layer

Detailed finger and toe nails

Absolutely beautiful hair!!! Micro rooted premium angora mohair in a combination of strawberry blonde and light baby blonde. I curled her hair with tiny rollers to give it a soft baby look.

 This is beautiful, soft mohair, rooted with a 42g felting needle using just a few strands of hair at a time

LAYETTE

I created Libby’s dress from a vintage smocked baby dress. I added Venice lace at the sleeves and neck and layers of Venice lace and blue ribbon trim at the hem.

 White eyelet panties with the same Venice lace are also included.

 I love her adorable ballet style slippers!! They are perfect for this vintage look.

 Libby’s pink and white hair bow is secured with Velcro – NO MAGNETS!!

Libby’s pant set is SO adorable.

The tunic top is made of animal print background and large pink cabbage roses in a soft knit fabric.

The pants are a coordinating pink knit trimmed with ruffles at the hem.

Her pink sneakers and white socks complete the outfit.

A *Certificate of Adoption* including 4 of Libby’s pictures and care instructions will also accompany her home
