PAYMENT:

If you are paying by PayPal, please make sure your shipping address matches your billing address. We only ship to confirmed addresses as required by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy.

We also accept money orders if you prefer an alternative payment method. We do not accept personal checks.

Please note that payments made by eChecks or debit cards on PayPal will take a few extra days to clear. If you need your order promptly, please use your credit card when you make your Paypal payment.

Payments must be received within seven days. Your order will ship after your payment clears in our account. No exceptions.

SHIPPING:

We will ship your order by either USPS with delivery confirmation or UPS Ground with tracking within the United States. Postage info is in the shipping and handling details.  Although transit time usually takes a few business days, the Post Office does not guarantee a delivery time for First Class or Priority Mail. USPS only guarantees delivery time for Express Mail (1-2 business days) within the United States.

Buyers, who require shipping outside of the United States, will have their order shipped by an international mailing service of our choice. Please refer to the shipping details or contact us with your location for shipping charges. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes required by their country.

Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at the time of payment. The buyer must message us through eBay (not personal email) if they have any shipping address issues. Some orders maybe shipped immediately so we cannot guarantee that we can make your correction. Any changes in your original confirmed shipping address may also result in a delay or possible cancellation.

By making a bid or purchase, you agree with and understand the terms of this auction or sale.

Payments must be made within 7 days. Your item will not ship until after your payment clears in our account. Please note that eChecks do take a few days to clear. California residents must pay sales tax.

If you are not sure about the balance of your order or combined orders, please message us immediately after purchase for an updated invoice. Multiple orders with adjusted balances must ship together. Your order cannot be shipped unless the correct amount is paid for both the item and shipping.

To protect ourselves from fraud, we reserve the right to refuse any Paypal or credit card payments that do not have a confirmed shipping address.

We reserve the right to cancel bids or purchases from buyers with zero or negative feedbacks scores, or anyone who refuses to follow our policy.

If you do not intend on completing the transaction or follow our policy, please do not bid or purchase this item. We will report all non-payments or uncleared/reversed payments to eBay after 7 days.

The seller is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may result from international shipping.

Express Mail and international shipments may have a handling fee included in the shipping charges to cover the additional expense and time required to process these types of orders.

Any orders returned to us will have shipping charges and a restocking fee deducted from the transaction. This policy includes unclaimed or refused shipments.

We are not responsible for any service transit delayed caused by the shipper. UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS may experience delays during the holiday seasons so please order early or purchase Express Mail Service. The Post Office does not guarantee delivery time for First Class or Priority Mail. We are not responsible for any transit delays caused by any shipping service.

Some items we list here are also sold in our retail store. Although we update our inventory daily, on rare occassions, especially during the Halloween and Christmas season, our retail store may sell out an item the same day it is bid on eBay. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly so you can decide whether to receive a full refund or wait for a replacement. If you have any concerns about the inventory status of an item, please contact us.

We are an authorized dealer for all the products we sell. We purchase our products brand new directly from the manufacturer. We check all costumes and products before shipment.  To keep costs down, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please pay attention to any costume size or product details carefully before purchase. Any problems must be reported to us by eBay message within 7 days after receipt. If a return or exchange is granted under special circumstances, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. A defective item may only be exchanged for the same item. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.
