My friend has the same model as this one & just the pilot flame keeps his insulated single stall garage about 45 degrees all winter long....heats up fast & is adjustable from 15,000 to 30, 000 BTU'S. These sell for well over $200 new, very quiet & require no electricity. There is no original box or instruction manual included, but it has lighting instructions & safety precautions on the heater. There's some dust from storage & extremely minor yellowing at the top (barely noticeable), but not like the photo flash makes it appear in some of the pics.
