You must notify customer service of the problem within 72 hours of receipt of shipment and request return authorization.  No returns after 30 days of invoice date.  Accepted returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Merchandise must be in new, resalable. Personal hygiene, discounted itmes will not be accepted for returns.
