On May-15-08 at 02:33:28 PDT, seller added the following information:

ED KOEHN GENEVE ALSO H.R. EKEGREN, EDOUARD KOEHN WAS BORN IN GERMANY AND STUDIED AT THE HOROLOGICAL SCHOOL OF GENEVA. HE BEGAN AS ARE REPAIRMAN WITH PATEK PHILIPPE AND BECAME A PARTNER. IN 1891 ED KOEHN BOUGHT THE COMPANY OF H.R.EKEGREN, HE KEPT H.R. EKEGREN ON AS CHIEF ENGINEER UNTIL HIS DEATH IN 1896.EDOUARD KOEHN'S SON, OLSO NAMED EDOUARD, SUCCEEDED HIM IN 1908 AND CONTINUED PRODUCTION OF HIGH PRECISION WATCHES.
