You are looking at a Red 22" Nylon Braided Snap Choke Collar. Resco Snap Chokes have a 3/4" ring sewn at one end and a nickel-plated spring snap at the other end. 1/2" ring "floats" on the choke so you can attach the spring snap to the 1/2" ring to create a "choker" while attaching the 3/4" ring to the lead.  Collar is 3/8" wide X 22" long.  Brand new, never used.  As pictured (color as listed, not as pictured).  Thanks for looking!
