USEFUL INFORMATION TO MAKE NOTE OF:

1.       HUGE POINT OF INTEREST - Please read the terms below before proceeding.  If you feel uncomfortable about any of the instructions, requests or statements listed below, you have every right not to purchase or bid. Bidding or making a purchase means that the bidder/buyer/purchaser has read and understand/agree to the statements, requests, declarations, information provided below.

2.       This is a BIG POINT----Due to my job, sometimes I am unable to respond to emails, send invoices and am unable to ship items out right away. At times it may take 1-7 days to send out the package after payment is received due to the fact of not being around to process the payment.

3.       If purchasing multiple items please wait for me to send you an invoice with the corrected combined shipping costs. I ask of this because sometimes the shipping cost for multiple purchases are automatically combined at the time of checkout and are sometimes incorrect and higher than they should be.

4.       I cannot warranty factory sealed model kits. All sales are final. Since these kits are unopened, factory sealed I can only assume that everything included inside is in new undamaged condition. I am not a Hobby Dealer so if there is a problem with the contents of the kit once opened please contact the manufacturer, not me. There is nothing that I am able to do.

5.       I have no control over shipping/delivery time. Please refer to point #22 for more information.  Once the package leaves my possession, I am no longer responsible for it; the package is now in the possession of and the responsibility of the delivery service. Please be patient with the USPS at times they are not the quickest at delivery. I am not an employee, agent or representative of the USPS and cannot influence delivery or the time it takes to deliver a package. If you have any questions or concerns about this topic please contact the USPS directly. . The shipping/delivery options are stated below and are the responsibility of the winning bidder/ buyer to purchase the extra optional services offered by the seller. Due to USPS regulations a package cannot be tracked or a claim filed if insurance is purchased until 30 days has passed from the date the package was sent out. This is still no guarantee that the package will be found if lost or undelivered by the carrier when a trace has been filed. It also takes time to process an insurance claim once filed.

6.        I will only ship to addresses that are registered with EBAY or PAYPAL accounts. Please make sure that this information is correct and up to date. Incorrect information will slow the delivery of the package. The latest problem I have been dealing with is US member’s addresses with incorrect zip codes and with international members not having telephone numbers included. If the package is being sent outside of the United States Please Include a Telephone Number and email that can be included on the customs delivery form just in case that you have to be contacted by the delivery service.

7.       Purchasing multiple items.  It is best if you wait for me to invoice you with the correct combined shipping costs. Sometimes the final EBAY invoice total at the time of payment/checkout is incorrect.

8.       Shipping in the US will be sent via USPS PRIORITY MAIL.  This service does come with a delivery confirmation number and an automatic notification email is sent to you with the delivery confirmation number when I print off the postage/shipping label that gets attached to your package. Depending upon your email settings this notification will come in your regular email or your antispam email. Shipping insurance is optional and is discussed below.

9.       Worldwide shipping outside the United States will be sent via USPS AIR MAIL PARCEL POST. This will be a higher cost than what is listed for shipping in the US. This shipping cost varies by country the package is being sent to.  Please make sure that this information is correct and up to date. Incorrect information will slow the delivery of the package. If the package is being sent outside of the United States Please Include a Telephone Number and email that can be included on the customs delivery form just in case that you have to be contacted by the delivery service.

10.    Shipping insurance is optional and is discussed below.

11.    I will not ship surface mail outside the US due to the prolonged delivery time. Please do not ask me to change my policy to ship at a cheaper, slower, lower rate because I will say NO in so many words. Trying to be a nice person and shipping at a cheaper rate, slower delivery time frame has only gotten me in trouble in the past.

12.    Shipping insurance is optional, but recommended. This option is the responsibility of the purchaser.  If the package is damaged, lost or undelivered by the USPS or any other delivery service, there is nothing that can be done if insurance is not purchased. If insurance is not purchased, a claim cannot be filed if something happens and there will no help in trying to correct the problem.  Due to USPS regulations a package cannot be tracked or a claim filed until 30 days has passed from the date the package was sent out.

13.    If you over pay combined shipping costs I will try to refund you the difference.

14.    Decals ship with kits at no extra charge. This means if you are buying kits and decals combined, you pay just the rate for the kits. No additional shipping is added for decals when being shipped with kits.

15.    I will be happy to combine shipping. There is a one-week maximum for combining shipping.

16.    If you are purchasing several items and using Pay Pal, be sure to make only one payment transaction for your entire purchase. If you make separate payments for each item, full shipping will be added to each payment.

17.    Positive feedback will be left for every paid auction. I do not use the policy of waiting for feedback . Feedback is left at the same time your order is processed.

18.    When mailing payment, be sure to include some brief description or item number of what you are getting. Payments which do not have any information included may be delayed in processing. If the package is being sent outside of the United States Please Include a Telephone Number and email that can be included on the customs delivery form just in case that you have to be contacted by the delivery service.

19.    Payments accepted are:  Money Order, or Pay Pal NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED, please note that paying by PAYPAL E-Check, PAYPAL payments that have to be accepted by receiver and Money Orders will be delayed in shipping/delivery time. If the package is being sent outside of the United States Please Include a Telephone Number and email that can be included on the customs delivery form just in case that you have to be contacted by the delivery service. Items will not be sent out until full payment is received.

20.    Payment must be received with in 14 days of invoicing. Due to the amount of delinquent payment in the past this is more than a fair amount of time to make payment.  After 14 days an unpaid item dispute will be opened, I am done with being taken advantage of. Don’t be upset with me; thank the other EBAY members over the past 5 years for changing my attitude about this.  I try to be fair and work with everyone. If you cannot make payment with in this time frame please contact me before bidding/buying and maybe we can work something out.

21.    All correspondence via e-mail, is done thru EBAY and MY EBAY MESSAGES, which are documented. Every member has this service available to him or her thru their MY EBAY account, so a person cannot use the excuse that they were never notified.

22.    Delivery time listed below is only an ESTIMATED delivery time by the USPS, NOT A GUARANTEED DELIVRY TIME.  At times the USPS is not always the quickest in delivering a package, I have no control over this so please be patient with the USPS. I am not an employee, agent or representative of the USPS and cannot influence delivery, or the time it takes to deliver a package. If you have any questions or concerns about this topic please contact the USPS directly. From dealings with the USPS in the past, delivery of items can take anywhere from 2 days to 30 days to make delivery depending upon which service is purchased. The USPS guarantees no delivery time unless it is Next Day Air delivery service. Again please make note of this: Priority Mail Delivery times are only estimated delivery times by the USPS, NOT guaranteed delivery times like many people seem to think.  Shipping/delivery outside the United States takes anywhere from 7-30 days due to regulations, customs and multiple delivery services handling the package. An incorrect address also affects the delivery process.
