Do you ship worldwide and how much is it?

Answer: Yes, I do ship worldwide. I mainly use the United States Postal Service (USPS) via priority mail. The cost to ship this item to all U.S. islands is $25. The cost to Mexico is $42. The cost to Canada is $35. The cost to U.S. Military bases abroad is $14. The cost to all other countries worldwide is $70. All of these amounts are in U.S. dollars.

How does shipping work?

Answer: The shipping cost is automatically combined for multiple items. Most items ship the same or next day after purchase to arrive at your door within 4 business days to the continental U.S. and its islands. I usually use Fedex ground or the USPS. International shipments arrive within 6-10 days via the USPS. Since I am usually such a fast shipper, tracking information will only be given upon request. There is no local pickup available unless otherwise stated. You may add insurance at checkout.

Are exchanges or returns accepted?

Answer: Yes, I will accept an exchange in most cases especially if I have made some sort of error. However, please note that all items are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping and that errors are highly unlikely. In all other cases, a return will incur a 20% restocking fee and the item must be received back to me unopened and still in new and resaleable condition. There are extenuating circumstances, however, and so I will be fair and understanding at all times but ask that you please do the same and know that certain measures must be in place to keep everyone happy and the prices low. In the event that you do need to mail an item back, please do so within 3 days. Simply enclose a brief note explaining what you want to do and send the package to the address listed below.
