*Condition: Excellent, No Chips, Cracks, or Discoloration. Paint semi-worn off the "o" in Nicholas. Item does smell of mothballs.

All shipping methods and carriers are at the discretion of the shipper. We will always choose the safest and speediest shipping option.  We ship UPS with in the United States and USPS International Priority or Express. We only ship with tracking and insurance.

INTERNATIONAL AND HAWAII AND ALASKA:

We appreciate our international buyers; however, due to certain restrictions the following regulations will always apply. International buyers should obtain shipping quotes prior to bidding. USPS (Express International) is only an option for certain international buyers of items that meet the size requirements. 

We require all shipping to have tracking and insurance to protect both the buyer and the seller as we are not the owners of the items. If there is failure to comply, we reserve the right to enforce the sales according to eBay rules and regulations (i.e., filing Unpaid Buyer Disputes). Buyers are always responsible for duties and taxes.

Our Shipping and Handling charges are determined by the item's weight and box size. Handling charges are designed to cover the cost of our professional packing services, including first-generation shipping materials.

LOCAL PICK-UP:

All local pick-ups will be charged 9.25% sales tax, regardless of State or Province of the purchaser, and no shipping charges will apply.

Your item MUST be paid for in advance via PayPal, credit card or money order. Please be advised that all items purchased through check or money order may be subject to a holding period until the funds are cleared.

Returns:

All items are sold as they are described in the above listing. We can not accept returns of electronic items shipped internationally. We thoroughly test each working item immediately prior to packing and shipping. Because of the voltage differences from U.S. standards, damage can occur. Imagine This Sold will only accept return of the items if they are not exactly as described in this listing. You must contact us at germantown@imaginethissold.com within 3 days of receiving the item or a refund will not be granted. The item(s) will be inspected upon return and must be the original item, original condition, and original packing materials. The return item must be fully insured.
