You are bidding upon a Steiff Bear, "BEIGE TEDDY BEAR" it is number 0201/10 it was only made from 1984 - 1985 and is a highly collectable little Golden Mohair Steiff.  It is 3" tall and Mint in the box complete with original price tag from twenty-four years ago.  It sold back then for $38.00.

I have tried to include photos that would accurately depict the true condition of the bear.
