SHIPPING

All domestic, USA orders (excpet Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO) ship via UPS. All orders require a physical street address (we cannot ship to a PO Box). All International, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and APO will ship via USPS. An email message is automatically sent to you with the package tracking (or customs) number via the UPS Quantam View system or USPS to all customers who provide an email address with their payment. Please note that the tracking emails from UPS and the USPS are frequently identified as spam by email programs.

INSURANCE / VALUE

All orders are shipped insured (rate will be included in your invoice). All USA orders over $250 will be surcharged $3.50 (per shipping box) for Adult Signature Required - UPS Delivery. This is required per ebay/Paypal regulations to protect both the buyer and seller in the event of a lost or damaged package.

INTERNATIONAL

International customers, please contact for your accurate shipping rate prior to making payment. All International orders ship USPS Priority Mail: except for items shipped to Mexico, Spain and Thailand which require Express Mail in order to ship insured.

PAYMENT

We allow seven (7) days to pay after completing your purchase. If you purchase multiple items, please wait to receive a combined invoice from us that will provide you with a reduced, combined shipping rate. In order to receive a discount in shipping for multiple items, you must pay for all on the same invoice/Paypal payment. Please verify your shipping address prior to submitting payment, as we are not able to change your 'ship to' address once the Paypal payment is receicved.
