Hi everyone, here is an absolutely gorgeous vintage lithograph print 22 x 28 in excellent condition the print is signed by hand (double signed) by Mr. Sloan. It comes complete with all of its original papers, plate #2 registered print 024237. A registered lithograph from the famous Richard Sloan collectior series of wildlife paintings. Mr. Sloan is recognized as the world's finest for his attention to detail & authenticity of background settings. This makes thes prints more valuable & an excellent investment.. I tried to research Richard Sloan on the internet, it seems he passed away in 2007 there is alot of information about him out there. These prints hand signed by him seem to be hard to come by. Comes in a thick tan paper folder with certificate of authen ticity & signed by Griggsville wild bird society chairman Vail. In small print at the bottom of the print it says copywright 1968 Mr. J. L. Wade private collection. There is a letter on the back of the folder it comes in from The field museum of natural history to Mr. J. L. Wade to Emmet R. Blake curator of birds for the field museum, also a letter on the back of the folder about Mr. Sloan & his work. This is truly a great find. Thanks for looking. I accept paypal.
