This color digital product runs at a speed of 40 copies per minute in black & white mode and 10 copies per minute in full color mode.  This unit is just off-lease with 370K total  copies produced. This unit is designed to run up to 4.0 million copies before total rebuild is required, according to manufacturer specs.  Options and standard features include:  NETWORK PRINTING, Automatic duplex unit for two-sided copying, three-500 sheet cassettes and a multi sheet manual bypass tray.  Automatic exposure, automatic paper size selection, reduction and enlargement are only a small portion of the list of capabilities of this unit. This unit originally listed for $21,950. This is a fine used copier that has been externally cleaned, checked and tested and is a good working unit. The unit sells as is. The pictures in this offering are of the actual copier you will be bidding on. We never use manufacturer or brochure images. This is the actual unit that you will receive, with all of the options pictured. We can ship this product to any of the 48 United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii for $290.  Insurance coverage is available at an additional charge of $30, which will cover your purchase for the total invoice price.

The equipment you are purchasing from Copier Source is used/off-lease equipment. Prior to shipping, Copier Source puts the equipment through a "clean & test" process that includes a thorough cleaning, inspection, testing and troubleshooting by our factory trained and certified technicians. All consumable items are installed with no warranty as to expected life on all used office equipment. Copier Source does not guarantee the life expectancy of any existing parts. The equipment is in working condition with all functions and accessories operating correctly prior to shipment.  We make every attempt to properly represent the products that we sell utilizing manufacturer specifications, laboratory testing reports and general industry experience.  The majority of the products that we sell is from off-lease sources and has been under service and maintenance agreements with authorized copier dealers and is at the end of their lease term.  They are considered “used” office products which have been well maintained and have a large portion of their serviceable life remaining, according to independent testing reportsSome units may require a trained technician to setup initially. A professionally trained technician may need to make adjustments to the equipment due to the vibration or motion of the product during shipping. Also, In the case of units purchased for computer connectivity printing, a trained service technician may be necessary in the installation. Please be aware that all Color Copiers are shipped de-installed (no toner, developer or fuser oil) to avoid spillage. Color machines arrive with no consumables. A trained service technician should re-install all color units.

Unlike most copiers you'll find for sale on Ebay, Our in-house certified technicians inspect every unit that enters our facility to determine which one qualifies for resale.

Warranty:  While there is not a warranty being offered on any of our products, the likelihood of a product arriving at your location that does not operate correctly is very unlikely. It has been our experience that the only situation under which a copier can arrive not operating correctly is as follows:  (1) the carrier damages the product in transit.  For this scenario, we have made shipping insurance available for all copiers shipped with our carriers.  This is for the buyers protection and is only an additional $30.  Please read the paragraph below entitled shipping insurance.  (2)  the products that we sell are considered electromechanical devices and are delicate in nature.  It is recommended that upon delivery of the product at your location, that a qualified copier technician install and/or verify the condition of the unit following transportation.  The vibration of transit may cause that a product require minor adjustments. The cost of such a service call is the responsibility of the buyer

Shipping Prepartion: Preparations include all copiers all fully inspected by carrier, to ensure each machine is fully functional. Then each machine is pad-wrapped, bubble wrapped, corner board placement and Shrink-wrapped to protect the exterior of the copier.  All copiers are transported by carriers that utilize air-ride trailers which assist in eliminating the vibration of the copier in transit.  Shipping time is normally 5-10 days.  This price does not include moving the product upstairs or through unusual facilities or obstacles.

Shipping:  For buyers that would like Copier Source to coordinate shipping with our carriers, please add $290 for each unit shipped to any of the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.  Generally, we can have the copier on the road to you on the following business day of the buyer funding a transaction.  We do accommodate multiple unit shipping discounts, but please email for shipping quote before bidding on more than one item.  Multiple items must be shipped from the same location to qualify for shipping discount.  This price includes shipping to both commercial or residential locations and the preparations of the product for shipping.  You do not need a loading dock as this price includes a liftgate delivery for locations without a dock.  Locations that are not accessible to standard long haul delivery trucks may incur an added charge as determined by the carrier. 

Shipping Insurance:  Shipping insurance coverage is an additional $30 and it is highly recommended by Copier Source.  Shipping insurance protects your purchase in the event that it is damaged in shipping.  To file a claim with the carrier, all damage must be annotated by the purchaser on the shipping documentation upon delivery of the product to your location. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to file a freight claim. If you do incur freight related damages, A claim can be filed to reimburse you for the cost of repairing the unit, up to the limit of the total cost of the invoice (product + shipping).  Copier Source can assist buyers in filing insurance claims with carriers for damaged products.  An estimate of repair from a service company in your local area and the documentation presented to you at delivery by the carrier is all that is needed to file the claim.

Payment Terms:  Copier Source will contact you by email the following business day of your winning bid or buy it now purchase.  Please be prepared to give your complete shipping address, contact name, daytime phone number and method of payment so that we may expedite your order.  We require that all products be paid for within five business days of the close of the auction.  Auctions not paid for within five days will be forfeited and negative feedback will be recorded on your user name. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.   Buyers may also pay through our verified PayPal account.  Additionally, we do accept checks and money orders.  ALL checks will be held for 7-10 days before shipping product that includes cashiers checks as well.

We make no assertion that the equipment detailed above can be placed under service contract by a service company in its purchased condition.  Obtaining a service contract can be costly to establish and we do not pay for or attempt to estimate this cost for the purchaser.
