The
Aficio MP C2500 is Ricoh's current 25 ppm color, 25 ppm black and
white model and can be seen previewed on Ricoh's website alongside
the rest of their current digital color copier product line.
The Aficio MP C500
offered in this auction is a 25 cpm color, 25 cpm black and white digital copier
which includes 25 ppm color, 25 ppm black & white network printing, network
color and black & white scanning, fax machine, network pc lan fax, fax
forwarding to email and folder, digital document server, SR790 document finisher
for
stapling, sorting and grouping, 50 sheet automatic document feeder supporting
up to and including 11" x 17" paper, automatic duplex unit (2-sided copying and
printing), 2 x
500 sheet paper cassettes and 100 sheet bypass supporting up to and including
12" x 18" paper for 11" x 17" full bleed output. Documents can be scanned in pdf,
tiff and jpeg file formats. Documents can be scanned and sent to email, file
folder (smb & ftp) and twain.
The copier is
recently off of a full maintenance lease agreement with a total meter count of
only 140k. The copier is in great cosmetic condition, producing great copies and has
been completely tested by our technicians to ensure that all
functions and accessories are working including complete network
connectivity testing on our Windows XP test network.
The copier comes with
a 15 day or 1,500 copy, whichever comes first, warranty provided that the copier
is setup and installed by a factory trained and authorized technician. We
guarantee that the copier the buyer receives will be the copier that is
described in this auction, a fully functioning lease return with the accessories
and functions listed here in this auction which has been cleaned and tested to
ensure that the functions, features and accessories are working.
The copier will ship
with the remainder of the used consumables that we received and tested the unit
with, such as toner, developer, drum unit, etc. We did not receive the manuals
or software drivers with the copier although they can be downloaded directly
from Ricoh's support site located in the support links section of this auction
to your left.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Fully insured
shipping
with a high value products carrier is
$350 to any location within
the continental United States.

Copiers will be delivered on a truck
equipped with a lift gate so that
a loading dock is NOT required for delivery.

Shipments will include online
tracking except for shipments within California, Oregon,
Washington, Nevada and Arizona
where local owner operators that specialize in
transporting digital imaging equipment are used to ship the product,
in which case the buyer will receive the owner operator's contact information in
the event that they have any shipping related questions.

There is a 10 day holding
period only for payments made by business or personal check and the item will be shipped at the end of that period.
For all other accepted payment options there is no holding period and the
equipment is shipped as soon as possible. For more information about accepted forms of payment, please refer to the
Payment Options
section above.

We only ship within
the continental United States and we are not
able to accommodate shipments to any location that is not
located within the continental United States.

To ensure that the equipment
is transported properly, insured against damage and in the safest way possible, we are not able to accommodate local
customer pickups.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Receipt
of payment is required within 7 days from the end of auction. Please refer
to auction's
Payment Options
sections for a list of accepted forms of payment.

Although rare, we will ensure that all buyers are
protected from shipping damage by shipping all equipment fully
insured with a high-value products carrier that specializes in
transporting digital imaging equipment. Because we are not a
shipping company and will not be present at the delivery location at
the time of delivery, it will be the buyer's responsibility to
inspect their equipment at the time of delivery and notate any
damage on the bill of lading prior to signing for the delivery.
Notating any damage on the bill of lading at the time of delivery
and with the delivery driver present is imperative and failure to do
so could forfeit the buyer's right to file a damage claim with the
shipping company. The Copier Brokers will not be responsible for
shipping damage as we are not a
shipping company and will not be delivering the
equipment but we will ensure that all shipments are fully insured.

It is important to understand that unlike most kinds
of office equipment, digital copiers are not designed
for the end user to setup and/or install.
Due to the sensitive nature of digital imaging
equipment, the vibration inherent in the process of
shipping as well as the complexity of the setup and
installation process, the majority of all digital
imaging equipment, either new or used, will need
professional setup and installation after shipment by a
factory trained and authorized technician. We recommend that all buyers protect their purchase
by having their equipment professionally setup and
installed by a technician that is factory trained and
authorized on the make and model purchased. Failure to
do so could result in error codes, damage to the
equipment and/or poor quality and performance by the
equipment. In
addition to your local yellow page listings most
manufacturers have service locators on their websites
for your convenience.

The
Copier Brokers do not provide
product setup, installation, training or service
contracts. Please consult your local authorized dealer
and/or network IT professional for questions regarding
service contracts, product setup, installation, network
connectivity and training. In addition to your

All units
are completely tested to ensure that all functions and accessories are working
and to ensure that the equipment is as described in the
auction's description section.
The Copier Brokers do not refurbish or remanufacture equipment. All equipment
will ship with the used consumables that we received and
tested the unit with, such as
toner, developer, drum unit, etc.

We rarely receive manuals and software with the
off-lease and repossessed equipment we receive which is
why they are not included in the auction unless
otherwise specified in the auction's description section
although they can typically be downloaded from the
manufacturer's website or purchased directly from the
manufacturer or authorized dealer. Please see the

section of this auction for additional information.

Outside of
the warranty stated in this auction's description section,
no additional warranties, either expressed or implied,
