When was the last time you seen one for sale?
Most of them are in Museum's or in private collection's. This is your chance and this might be your only chance to get one of these RARE and elusive
CIRCUS WOODEN 16 SPOKES SUNBURST WHEEL.
This full size Wheel came of the Front Axle of an Tableau Parade Wagon.
The Size is: 33 inches HIGH, 84 cm,
The Metal outer band is 5 inches, 13 cm.
From hub to hub is 16 inches, 41 cm.
The weight is 252 pounds. ( 115 Kilo's) just for the Wheel without any packaging or crating.
This wheel is from about the turn of the Century to the 20's so about 100 years old.
This Wheel has been completely and professionally restored by T. J. Cooper the Show painter from Gibsonton Florida in 2002.

This Wheel came from the Ringling Winter quarter's in Sarasota Florida.
I purchased this Wheel from W.E.Lawson (Ringling Veteran) many years ago and that was not cheap.
The Color Scheme is Original and represents the Circus Corporation Colors from the 20's.
I have been told by Old timers when Ringling Winter Quarter's moved from Sarasota where they had (200 Acres) to Venice (9 Acres) in 1960 the
Fire to burn the Wooden Wheels to get to the outer metal Band was burning for Day's.
This Item is for Local Pick up only, But if you bend my arm I can look into a local Firm that Crates large and heavy Items,
