1. All items are sent thru the USPS using media mail unless otherwise specified or requested at the buyer's expense.

2. Tracking is available for an additional 75 cents

3. We ship MONDAY THRU FRIDAY  - within 24 hours OF RECEIVING YOUR PAYMENT
1. IF you purchase and pay on a SATURDAY or SUNDAY before 9 pm EST, we will ship on Monday before 3 pm EST.

2. PLEASE ALLOW 5 DAYS minimum FOR THE POST OFFICE PEOPLE TO DO THEIR JOBS. Yes, media mail is less expensive...but sometimes it moves slowly.  

4. WE ARE NOT responsible for any package once it crosses the post office counter for transport.

5. Priority Mail is available. Please email us and we will adjust your invoice to reflect this charge.

6. Express Mail (guaranteed overnight) is available. Please email us and we will adjust your invoice to reflect this charge.

7. We WELCOME United States Military (apo/fpo) Addresses. We appreciate your service and sacrifice. Thank You.

Information FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES: 

• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

• We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

AFTER THE SALE: Please contact US if there are any issues prior to leaving NEGATIVE feedback. Please contact us prior to leaving less than 5 's  in the DSR; WE CANNOT RESOLVE AN ISSUE IF WE ARE NOT AWARE THERE IS ONE.

• Please make payment within 7 days of purchase. If you need a few extra days, please notify us and we will gladly accommodate your needs. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of your purchase,  we will send you a payment reminder. In the event that seven long days pass and you still have not paid - WE WILL begin the attempt to RECOUP OUR EXPENSES FOR LISTING THE ITEM. YOUR TRANSACTION WILL BE PLACED INTO DISPUTE AND YOU WILL BE BLOCKED from all future transactions with us. There is no harm done to your reputation or ebay standing if you complete the transaction by paying for the items you originally purchased. Unfortunately, the block will remain unless there is a compelling reason to lift it.
• E-Checks: When paying with an E-Check, the shipment of your purchase will be delayed until we have received notice from PAY PAL that your payment has cleared; this process generally takes 3-5 business days.

*OUR NO-HASSLE EXCHANGE POLICY: We gladly accept returns for store credit if the item was seriously mis-represented.

WE GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET:

1. THE ITEM IS SIGNIFICANTLY MIS-REPRESENTED IN THE DESCRIPTION.
2. WE OVERLOOKED A LISTING ERROR AND DID NOT OFFER TO REMOVE THE BUYER FROM THEIR CONTRACT. 
3. ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN THE EXACT CONDITION DESCRIBED IN THE EBAY LISTING. DAMAGE TO THE ITEM DUE TO SHIPPING, BUYER MISUSE OR BUYER ABUSE NEGATES any EXCHANGE OR IMPLIED EXCHANGE.
