This is a hardcover edition, fifth printing (stated), published by David McKay Company.

Book is in near fine (slight darkening at top of spine)) condition with a very good + (edge and corner wear, 1/2" closed tear on back, tape reinforcements at top & bottom of spine,  and it looks like a pencil was used to trace some outlines of the cover art but being gray on gray are barely noticable) unclipped dustjacket protected in a Brodart wrapper. An Attractive Copy!
