By bidding on this item, you have agreed to this stipulation.
• We, the sellers, guarantee the item(s) in this auction to be as described above. Bidders are expected to do their own research in regard to the compatibility requirements for any item they are considering purchasing. In most cases, all information that we have available to us is included in the text of the auction.
• By bidding on the item(s) described, you acknowledge that your bid is a binding contract and that you have the ability to complete this transaction. You, the Bidder, also acknowledge that no support will be provided for any item(s) unless otherwise stated in the auction description. You further acknowledge that you have researched the item(s) to your satisfaction and that the item(s) will suit your needs. If you have any questions for the Seller, you must resolve them prior to the close of the auction.
• The winning Bidder must respond within 72 hours from the close of the auction by remitting payment through PayPal or other PRE-APPROVED payment method that has been agreed upon. If there is any delay in payment, you MUST email or call us with a valid reason for the delay. We will reserve the option of offering the item(s) to other Bidders or re-posting the item(s) if payment is not made in a timely fashion.
• We make every effort to ship all US domestic purchases within 5 business days of receiving payment. International purchases may take up to 10 business days to ship after receiving payment. INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Please email us your contact phone number for the shipping documents! We need this to avoid shipment delays.
• If payment has not been received within 5 days or there has been no contact from the successful Bidder, the item(s) may be re-posted or offered to other Bidders and a complaint against the default Bidder will be submitted to ebay. The possibility of negative feedback through ebay may also be left against any non-paying Bidders.
• It is the BIDDERS responsibility to insure the merchandise at his or her desired value. At the Bidders request and expense, the Seller will insure the shipment as per the Bidders instructions. The Seller has no obligation for shipments which are lost or damaged, but will do whatever possible to cooperate with documentation and help the Bidder obtain reimbursement or compensation for their loss from the carrier.
• The Bidder assumes all responsibility for knowledge of the product(s) purchased. The Seller will not be held liable for the purchase of product(s) that are not compatible with other product(s). The Seller shall not be liable for the use or misuse of the product by the Bidder or any end user after the sale.
• The Seller reserves the right to not sell to bidders with negative feedback.
• The Seller may cancel an auction in the event of an auction system or server failure or any other unforseen anomalies which may occur during the auction which, in the Seller's opinion, materially affects the bidding process.
• California purchases are subject to 8% California sales tax
• All shipping costs and expense shall be paid to the Seller by the Bidder.
• Shipping charges on this auction, if a flat rate shipping is not offered, will be determined by the Bidder's location to anywhere in the United States.
• All shipments will be sent via UPS Ground Service unless deemed otherwise necessary by the Seller.
• All items are sold "AS-IS" and in the condition described unless specified otherwise.

All manufacturer's names mentioned in this auction belong to their respective companies, and there is no association with Comm Tech Surplus and its owners or its agents to any of the companies that make the product or products.
