ROLEX VINTAGE COSMOGRAPH CHRONOGRAPH 18K

There is something very regal about a vintage Rolex Cosmograph Daytona in 18k gold. The gold takes on such a warm hue over the years. The gold color dial accentuates this warmth. The reference 6265 is 100% original and very beautiful. Original 18k yellow gold case measures 37mm diameter by 14mm thick.

Bezel is original and particularly mint with original sharp edge and "Units per Hour" scale from '50' to '200'. Screw down crown and round pump style chronograph pushers are all operating perfectly. Crystal is acrylic.

Case is in mint+ condition except for the brush finished caseback that has some light marks and the rear of the lugs which also have some light marks. Lugs are fat and even and the finish of this watch, except as noted above, is in perfect condition.

Original movement is the manual winding Rolex Caliber 727 with 17 jewels and adjusted to three positions. This caliber features column wheel construction and is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer. Movement is in pristine condition.

Original dial is gold with contrasting black sub dials. The chronograph subdials are 30 minute and 12 hour totalizers. Hands are all original. Original dial and hands are in perfect condition.

Watch is on a new dark brown Italian crocodile strap with gold plated original Rolex tang clasp.
