This portable piano has seen next to no use and is basically brand-new! Case has a light smoke smell to it.

Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions. We reserve the right to select which insurance carrier will be used to insure your package.

Merchandise will ship 3 - 5 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping: We currently do ship some small packages via USPS internationally. (Canada and UK only.) Please check the shipping calculator.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping on smaller items. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping before the auction's end.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at service.or084@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged a handling fee.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence. Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.

If the item was not as described in the auction and you would like to return the item, you must initiate the return within 3 days of receiving the item. To do this, contact us at service.or084@i-soldit.com. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. We currently do not have a return policy on items shipped outside of the United States.

Forms of Payment:
We accept standard PayPal transfers, Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept Money Orders, Personal Checks, PayPal E-Checks, Smart-Logo Payments, or Money Wires. Our checkout system also won't accept PayPal or eBay promotional gift certificates or discounts.

For payments made via PayPal, we will not ship to any unconfirmed addresses; all orders submitted with an unconfirmed shipping address will be delayed as we will contact you with the discrepancy.

Tax:
All in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the checkout process. The winning bidder can pay using the checkout button, or wait to receive an automated e-mail invoice shortly after the auction ends with totals and payment instructions. (Note: If you do not receive an e-mail invoice within 48 hours of the auction end, please check your bulk email folder, as a spam filter may have prevented it from reaching your primary in-box.)

Prompt Payment:
Checkout must be completed within 7 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this time period, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
