• Our shipping rates include more than just postage! We incur other expenses to ensure your order ships safely, such as all packaging (envelopes, boxes, padding, etc.), printed labels.


• Our costs to package & ship an item are independent of the item's selling price. We start most of our auctions at VERY LOW PRICES ($0.99-$1.99), and therefore the shipping & handling charges can sometimes be perceived as unreasonable compared to the item cost. Please try to take this into account and evaluate your purchase based on total value of what we deliver to your door!

• Multi-item orders are charged the highest 1st item shipping cost & then the additional item cost for all others. These costs vary by item.
• US shipments are shipped 1st Class/Priority Mail or UPS Ground and typically take 5-7 business days.
• International & Canadian orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail and typically take 10-15 business days, but can take longer! Any duties/tariffs are paid by the buyer & are not included.
• Orders ship the following business day after payment is received. We will send you an email and tracking number (if available) upon shipment.
• We do not ship to Brazil.

Payment

• When checking out, the winning bidder will be diverted to our secure checkout where all of your items will be combined and the shipping discount applied. You must checkout via this process (even if you pay with PayPal).
• Please DO NOT send PayPal payments to service@phoenixtradingcompany.com. It is not our PayPal email address.
• Payment must be received within 7 days.
• 5% sales tax must be charged to Massachusetts customers.
