This is a ROLLS MP13 Mini-Mic Microphone Preamplifier. It was used once for recording in
a business setting, so it's in GREAT working condition!
If you do audio, you need an MP13 Mini-Mic Preamp. It's a very useful general-purpose box for high-quality signal amplification and balancing/unbalancing. (I like these preamps so much, I've got two that I NEVER plan to sell.)
