are looking at ONE note (Picture shows front and back of the note, and is for illustration purposes ONLY – Serial # may differ - see description for actual details of the note you are purchasing)    Starting Bid Price $0.99 European Currency The note is 2.000 Lei (Pick # 111) and is a MUST for any collector Banknotes or Polymer banknotes. It is one of the Polymer style notes – and if you have not collected any of these notes then this is a great one to start with - however, this particular note is a special note for those who collect special (Low or Radar #'s) serial #'s. The note as well as being strikingly beautiful and colorful also has a completely different feel to it. The note is one of the medium size notes measuring 5¾” by 2¾” The front of the note depicts the solar system with the planets coming out from the center. It has vivid shades of blue, yellow, orange and pink. The back of the note is as striking as the front with similar coloring. The note also has one of my favorite features on polymer notes I own, and that is the clear see through shapes (windows). This note has 2 “windows” one is vivid pink and the other is white. Again, if you have not seen or owned any Polymer notes then this is a great way to start (look for my other polymer notes I have up for auction regularly) This note WILL be a DEFINITE talking point in your collection. This is an unusual note and is very striking. The note is dated 1999. I have seen a few of these notes around, and I brought one for the coloring (at a lot higher price than my starting bid) but it wasn’t until I actually got the note and saw the beauty and felt the texture did I truly appreciate the quality of this note. A perfectly preserved note, never mishandled by the issuing authority, a bank
teller, the public or a collector.
Paper is clean and firm, without discoloration. Corners are sharp and square,
without any evidence of rounding. An uncirculated note will have its original, natural sheen. ABOUT UNCIRCULATED: (aUNC) A virtually perfect note, with some minor handling. May show very slight evidence of bank counting folds at a corner or one light fold through the center, but not both. An aUNC note cannot be creased, a crease being a hard fold that has usually "broken" the surface of the note. Paper is clean and bright with original sheen. Corners are not rounded.
