For your consideration is this listing for the 1 Long Stem ROSE Jewelry Findings. It is approximately 44mm x 19.3 mm. This Rose Charm or findings are comprised of Tibetan Silver which is a steel based charm witch have heavy sterling silver plateing on them. These are very sturdy and are very nice quality.  They are what I use for my jewelry.
