DESCRIPTION: We describe our items to the best of our ability. Nonetheless, sometimes a purchaser may feel the description is inaccurate. So be careful...ask any question you want and examine our pictures carefully. Additional pictures on request. With this in mind, we cannot be responsible for your interpretation of our words. Therefore, we allow NO RETURNS. In some cases, we are starting out at a low bid to give you the bargain, and in return we are letting you do the clean up of the piece, as most of the items we sell our fresh out of Estates and it is hard to clean everything up before listing it on ebay. Sometimes we purchase hundreds of items at one time and in order to sell quickly we need to handle it this way.
DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Since damage does happen in shipping (whether it be (1) gross damage wherein the shipping carton was crushed or (2) "hidden damage" wherein the package looks intact), I cannot be responsible once this item leaves my hands. In such an unhappy case, you must notify me by e-mail IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT AND SAVE THE CARTON, CUSHIONING AND BROKEN ITEM, I will handle the claim entirely for you, you have to do nothing, you will receive a refund after claim has settled, including your shipping or postal costs (if you took insurance).
We cannot be an expert in all fields and sell many items that we are not familiar with, so if you are not sure, then please ASK ASK ASK.
