This is ROSIE The Bear of Joy of the Brass Button Bear Collection, Pickford Bears Ltd. 1997.

She looks so cute in her little Straw hat, spectacles and crochet collar with a burgandy bow. Hand crafted, jointed arms & legs. She is 10 inches and in excellent condition, but does not have any paper tags. Her Brass Button is on her collar. I have many other bears listed also, check them out!

I do my best to describe all of my listed items. I will always acknowledge any flaws or imperfections to the best of my ability and welcome all questions PRIOR to bidding. I am not an expert in any field.

All items are sold "as is". I am not responsible for anything resulting from use or misuse.

Payment

I prefer PayPal but accept money orders, cahiers checks, credit cards through PayPal, e-checks, All funds must be in US currency.

Under no circumstance will I accept personal checks.

Payment is to be received within 7 days of auction end, or item will be re-listed or offered to second chance bidder.

Shipping

Winning buyers to pay all shipping costs as calculated.

I ship on a daily basis, so your purchase will be mailed USPS Priority Mail on the following day of receipt of payment.

In the case of oversize packages it is sometimes cheaoer to ship through UPS.

I use the utmost of care when packing and shipping your item to avoid any damage. I am not responsible for loss or breakage. I do not refund for items broken, misdelivered, or lost during the shipping process by the shipping carrier.

INSURANCE IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.

Combined Shipping

Pay highest shipping cost first, and all additional items receive 50% off the shipping cost

I will be happy to combine shipping when auctions close within 5 days of each other to be eligible for discount. Shipping discounts for multiple items won must be paid through the same invoice, so please wait for your final invoice before making payment.

.Refunds

I will only refund if the item description is grossly mis-represented. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of item.

Refunds will be given for full payment upon my receipt of the item, however, return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

Please notify me within 2 days after receipt of item if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. After that time, I will assume that you are pleased with the transaction and consider it final.

Feedback ~~ My feedback is my credibility.

I will only leave feedback if you do.

In the past I have always left feedback upon receipt of payment. Unfortunately, some folks just do not play fair. So please remember to leave feedback upon receipt if you are satisfied, and I will reciprocate.
