All returns must be pre approved in writing by ORE INC. All returned merchandise must arrive back at ORE INC. in the same condition as shipped from our warehouse. Items must be unused, undamaged to be eligible for credit. Buyer pays all return shipping charges. ORE INC. will not accept any returns freight collect. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds of purchase price will be store credit only.
