SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING AND HANDLING: for this auction is only $10.95 in the 48 contiguous USA States. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii or any USA territories. We do deliver to P.O. boxes if shipping USPS. If you want your item shipped by USPS to a P.O. Box send us and e-mail for a quote before bidding. Items that weigh more then 2 lbs cost more to ship by USPS in most cases then by UPS or FedEx. Local pick up at our warehouse is not available.
WE DO COMBINED MULTIPLE PURCHASES FOR A 10% S/H DISCOUNT: on each items stated S/H costs for items purchased after the first auction and within 3 days of the first auction closing date. One payment is required for all combined shipping, multiple payments will void any combined S/H discounts. All shipments will be delivered either by USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground "OUR CHOICE". By bidding on this auction you agree to these terms for shipping and handling costs.

WARRANTIES & RETURNS POLICY
Our most important goal is to provide (Our Customers) excellent customer service
Toms Tools 30 day customer satisfaction standard warranty is applicable to all products with the exception of (Clothing, AirSolf Products and Remote Control Toys due to nature of items). We have a no return policy on Clothing, AirSolf Products and Remote Control Toys due to nature of items. We do however want you to be satisfied with your purchase but in the event you are unsatisfied, you may return your item and accessories other then Clothing, AirSolf Products and Remote Control Toys in the original packaging within 30 days from date of purchase providing the item is unused and in the same new condition as when sold. If you receive a defective item you must notify us within 3 days via Email to support@bestchoicemart.com. After the three days we presume the product to be in excellent condition and the balance of the warranty period continues. The buyer must contact us before returning the item, defective or not to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All RMA’s must be received by us within 10 days from the issued date of the RMA or RMA is void. If item is not used and not defective we will give you a full refund of the actual purchase price less the item's original shipping / handling cost. Returns received without an RMA will not be processed. Toms Tools will not be responsible for any loss or damage of returns. Special orders are not returnable. The easiest way to solve problems is to diagnose them yourself and let us know which parts need to be replaced. We will be happy to send you the replacement parts at no charge after receiving the defective parts and make sure we are sending the correct parts back to you at no cost. All sales are considered final after the 30 day warranty period. If you do not use your item or inspect it during the thirty days under warranty and discover there is something wrong after the warranty period has expired, we cannot help you. Please inspect the items as soon as possible after you receive them to avoid this problem. All freight on returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. All replacement parts or complete units covered under the Toms Tools warranty policy will be returned prepaid to the customer. Such transactions will take from 10 to 15 days from receipt of return. If for any reason the process will take longer than previously stated; you will be notified by email. This Warranty / Return policy applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Toms Tools warranty does not apply to products that have been used, abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone. Normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Lost or Damaged Shipments:
Inspect your shipments for hidden damage or shortage immediately. Shipments not reported to Toms Tools (via email within three days after receiving items) as damaged or short are considered complete and free from damage. The maximum amount refunded if lost or stolen during shipment is the purchase price less shipping and handling costs.
