The clock is porcelain with gold trim, and gorgeous painted flowers.  The clock does have minor wear from years passed.  The two main negatives is a missing pendulum (which can be fixed) and a chipped corner.  The two other areas seem to whined easily, and everything turns in the back.  However, because the pendulum is missing, I do not want to say for certain it works.  The clock is an eight day clock with hourly, and half hour strikes. The clock had belonged to an older woman, who inherited it from mother. I was excited to be able to capture the rich colors in the photos.  Photo number 5 is actually white, but I enhanced the color tone, so that the markings could be seen better.    Happy biding this clock- the best of luck to you.
