For your immeditate consideration we are selling a pre owned Royal Sovereign electronic digital cash bill counter, Model No. RBC-1003BK. Unit measures 8" H x 11"W x 9" D, in fair cosmetic condition. As you can see in the picture, unit has been plugged in and powers up. We ran money through the machine to verify its working condition and accuracy. It does keep accurate count however after a few tries we received three error messages on three seperate occasions. The first was code EC4, secondly EA3, thirdly, EA2. This was the extent of the testing, we are selling this unit in "As Is" condition with no warranty. I believe it may just need to be calibrated however we cannot guarantee the item to fully function 100%. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us via email.
