From an estate purchase we are processing right now. This particular item has been stored for quite a while and has collected dust, which is cheerfully included. It seems to be presentable, but it's worthy of a good cleaning and would come out even nicer than it looks now.
We pluggged this thing in and we were very impressed... it works GREAT. We thought it might just be a fancy fan or cooler, but it is an actual AIR CONDITIONER with a compressor and all... just like a window model, but portable. Ice cold air right away, and a lot of options, too... fan speed, digital readout for temp desired, room current temp, much more.
The unit is surprisingly quiet and very good quality it seems.
Duct vent for exhaust of warm air is included. I don't have any other parts or instructions for this, although I don't know what else you'd need. Instructions weren't necessary for me... it seems very simple.
