Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. If you anticipate a late arrival, please contact the resort in advance for instructions. Your air-conditioned unit features a telephone, television with a VCP, and a full kitchen. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

*Most resorts enforce a late check-out fee for any guests checking out past the check-out time.

*The resort reserves the right to assign a different unit of the same type and occupancy as confirmed with this confirmation.

*A US $100 security deposit or credit card authorization is required at check-in.

All travelers are required to have a guest certificate in their name.   The seller will issue this based on the ebay user information supplied from ebay.  This should be your legal name matching your government issued id.  This fee is included in your winning bid.   If your information is not correct with ebay or you are sending an alternate traveler you must notify the seller prior to placing your bid.   Those that need name change after this will be responsible for the guest certificate fee.
