This is a three piece set to carve a Basswood Ruddy Duck - duck decoy, a head and two part body. Duck's head measures 4 1/4" long by 1 7/8" at the widest place by 3 1/2" high. The top half of the duck's body measures 10" long by 4 1/4" at the widest place by 1 1/2" high. the bottom half of the duck's body measures 7 1/8" long by 4 1/4" at the widest place by 1 7/8" high. See photos. These pieces have been kiln dried and cut for you with a band saw. Ready to carve to final form. This duck has been designed to be hollowed out inside so that it will float when finished. We are involved with sustainable forest management and logging. We saw lumber and have our own dry kilns. We also mfg. many finished products including custom mouldings, hardwood flooring, paneling, furniture, mantles and dimension parts. We do custom woodworking and duplicate many items for historical restorations.

Shipping: Because we have daily UPS, pick-up our shipping cost is lower than what you will see on the eBay shipping calculator. Please contact us after you have won an auction and we will happily get your shipping total which is $2 or more less than the eBay calculator on average. We want you to pay the least shipping possible!!! We are happy to combine shipping on multiple auctions, you do save a considerable amount by sending multiple auctions in one shipment. To combine shipping let us know that you want us to combine ( don't use the shipping calculator, it will be too high) then give us the auction numbers. Smaller items like pen blanks are already figured in USPS flat rate packaging so that you pay the least to get them to you.

Insurance  up to $50 is included with all of our UPS packages. We are happy to use USPS if you prefer but insurance will be additional if you require it.

TN residents need to pay an additional 9.75% for sales tax....sorry it's the law.
