I began working with my e-Trainer before last season

At the moment I train in a local gym
which has all the equipment/machines that I need. However I
am moving and in order to save some money I will be buying a
Bench and some free weights (which I know are far better
than using machines). My trainer not only quelled my concern
that some of the exercises I perform on machines I could not
be replicated at home, but he has given me a lot more
exercises to use and also alternatives so that I do not get
bored.
