DELIVERY SCHEDULE We typically ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment or on the Monday following a weekend purchase. If your item does not arrive within the allotted time, please contact us @ info@imaginus.ca so we can send a replacement at our expense.

SHIPPING METHOD We ship using sturdy mailing tubes and roll your poster using kraft paper to ensure your poster arrives at your door in mint condition.

MISSING AND DAMAGES Any damaged poster will be replace at no additional cost to you. Please contact us immediately in the unlikely event your poster arrives damaged. You must send an email describing the situation to info@imaginus.ca

RETURNS & REFUNDS If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the poster you may return it for a full refund under the following conditions: Posters must be returned within 14 days, at the customer’s expense, for a refund to apply. Refund will only be issued if poster is returned in mint condition
