Print a Packing slip. You can generate a packing slip by following links in our email from eBay or from Paypal. You can also generate a packing slip from links on our about me page. We need your eBay user ID, address, email address and a problem description.
Please do not send us batteries or belt clips. These can be misplaced! We do our best to return these items, and usually do, but cannot guarantee it. They are easily lost in packing material.
Pack your broken phone properly and ship them to us however you prefer. We suggest US Priority Mail with delivery confirmation but without insurance, but that's up to you. Use a box, not a packing envelope! and pad the phones with adequate protection. Spend the extra money on good packing, not the insurance. We have had no problems with US mail as long as the box is packed reasonably well and addressed correctly. Insurance with poor packing is dangerous and a waste of money!
When we log in your order, an email is automatically sent. Please look for this email. We may also email you with questions or problems. When your order is complete we ship it back to your Paypal registered address if you used Paypal, or the ship to address you provide if using other payments. An email is also sent at that time with your tracking information.

We take our warranty seriously! Typically a company does not want their product to fail under warranty but Priority One takes it to the next level. Our goal is for your repair to last far past the warranty period.
Lifetime keypad warranty: For models KX-TGA400b & KX-TGA200b Our properly designed keypad will work just like every other phone you ever owned. It is that simple! The original keypad has two major flaws and the reason your buttons fail. Our improved keypad is simply designed to the specifications of the electrical contacts. You should never have to deal with hard to push buttons again and with our keypad you won't have to!
There are NO EXCEPTIONS to our keypad warranty. Abuse, liquid spills and power tools are all covered!* While our keypad certainly is not indestructible, under abnormal use it will still be difficult to break. We don't think you will break it and we won't hide behind excuses if you do.
Lifetime is defined by the useful life of the system. If the keypad fails it will be replaced at no charge. You can send the phone to us (if we installed the keypad) or you can send just the keypad. If it fails our testing we will install (or ship you) a new keypad and even pay for return shipping! We will continue this lifetime warranty, at the very least, for 3 years past the day the system becomes so obsolete that we stop offering repair services for this system. (Lifetime will not end any sooner than 2012)
6 month electronics warranty: No matter what we repair, our warranty covers any defect that is part of the repair service. That means pretty much anything except housing parts and LCD displays. However, our electronics warranty does not cover excessive abuse. We would love to offer a full year at this price but cordless phones typically suffer more abuse than regular telephones.
Customers must contact us prior to returning warranty items. You must provide the 6 digit warranty barcode number and a good problem description with warranty issues. Failure to do so may void your warranty.
Under no circumstances, with no exceptions, will we pre-pay shipping or provide call-tags for warranty items. However, we take good care of our customers. At our discretion, we may extend warranty periods or compensate for the shipping expense to return warranty items if we find a warranty problem was in some part due to our neglect.
*We do not recommend giving your phone a bath to test our warranty. We warranty the keypad buttons against abuse and drink spills. If the phone is smashed or dead, this is not a keypad problem. Please view our warranty policy on our About ME page for complete details.

The KX-TGA400b 4-line phone works on the KX-TG4000b base system. The KX-TGA200b 2-line phone works on the KX-TG2000b base system. You can use the 2-line phone on the 4-line system but you are limited to just the first 2 lines. Likewise, you can use the 4-line phone on the 2 line system, but are limited to 2 lines.
Q:Do you offer discounts for multiple phones? A: If you send in multiple phones at one time you save a lot on shipping cost. Also, for example... we are more likely to look the other way if you send in a lot of phones and one needs a new antenna.
Q: I cannot get Paypal to work. It wants another credit card or a verified address etc.. A: We only accept Paypal payments with verified accounts. Your Paypal verified address must match your ship to address. Paypal uses credit card billing addresses to verify your information. Your eBay or Paypal address may need to be updated. If you cannot get your Paypal account to work, we do accept direct credit card payments. Follow the directions in the email eBay sends you or contact us for help.
