RUSSIAN IMPERIAL Style oil painting of the Tsar NICOLAS II Romanov, in Formal Regimental ceremonial Court Dress on Horseback, at the Parade grounds of the Palace of PAVLOVSK. This painting is a genuine hand painted oil on heavy canvas, painted by acomplished European artist, skilled in the 18th & 19th Century style of painting and museum restoration work,and made circa 1998. Shipped unstretched,rolled on a heavy tube and carefully packed into a box. Measures 12 x 16". A romantic look back into Tsarist Russia, before the revolution. SIGNED.
