Payment policy

Payment is expected within 7 days of winning or purchasing an item, unless bidding on multiple items. I can only accept payment via Paypal. Please contact me via eBay Mail if you are still shopping with me and let me know when you are done. I will then send you a combined invoice. Combined items must be paid for in one transaction, multiple payments void any combined discounts that may be offered.

Shipping information

 I ship within 3 days after payment clears, Monday thru Friday, except for weekends and holidays.  Shipping for custom orders varies depending on the item.  All shipping is done parcel post via the USPS. If you need your item sooner contact me and arrangements can usually be made (free shipping is however only offered for parcel post all others will incur an additional charge depending on the type of service chosen).  I will always package your item with the greatest of care. Please remember that postal delays can happen for numerous reasons so make sure to factor that in when ordering, especially for holiday shopping.

Return policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of shipping. I cannot accept returns on custom orders. Refunds are given as money back. Refunds will only be given after returned item has been inspected and deemed in original condition.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be reimbursed. Again please ask any questions before buying.
